Innovation Norway is the Norwegian Government's most important instrument for innovation
and development of Norwegian enterprises and industry. IN supports companies in developing their competitive advantage and to enhance innovation. Through its programmes, Norwegian enterprises have access to a broad business support system as well as financial means. Innovation Norway provides competence, advisory services, promotional services and network services. IN is also the Norwegian government’s official trade representative abroad.
Innovation Norway’s High Potential Opportunities (HPO) is a demand driven export program where Team Norway at large (public business support institutions, ministries, embassies, business clusters and business organizations) assist Norwegian companies with access to big international commercial contracts (above 500 mill NOK). The purpose of this assignment was to assist the HPO and Global Growth teams improve their project and programme management processes, streamline minimum requirements for portfolio, programme and project management, and recommend digital tools to facilitate the processes.

Translated project and programme cycles for the context of HPO programme and recommended minimum requirements for key milestones of a project’s life cycle. Developed templates for project and programme use to streamline the existing process between different stakeholders.
