We come from decades of experience with development and humanitarian operations. We specialise in humanitarian protection, protection of civilians, gender equality and women's empowerment, as well as Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA).
Who we are
Abida Nagra
Abida Nagra is an experienced organisational development and governance professional with 17 years of experience with UN agencies and international NGOs operating in highly complex environments. Abida has worked with a large portfolio of programmes having had responsibility for programme management, strategy development, management advisory, organisational restructuring & change management, and organisational development in multiple countries in Asia, Africa and Europe.
She is a certified Information Privacy Professional as well as being certified in Prince2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), and Management of Portfolios (MoP). She holds a Masters in Public Policy from Georgetown University, Washington DC, with a specialisation in International policy and International Law.
We are a network of experienced professionals with complementary areas of expertise. We work together as needed given project scope and client needs. Between us, we have worked in over 45 countries with a number of multilateral, nongovernmental, public and private organisations.

Marie Marchand, A-zimut Consulting
Marie Marchand is a professional facilitator and a certified mediator with 20 years of experience working in the field of international cooperation. In 2020 she founded a-zimut consulting Ltd. to support public and non-profit actors in transversal knowledge sharing and collective learning for sustainable development.
Marie holds a MA in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies of the University of Geneva and a post-graduate certificate in General Mediation from the University of Freiburg, Switzerland.
Kirstie Farmer, KF Consulting
Kirstie Farmer is a senior protection, gender and PSEA expert with 24 years of experience in humanitarian response for UN agencies and international NGOs. She specialises in international human rights law, humanitarian protection / protection of civilians, gender equality and women's empowerment, as well as Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA).
She holds a Master’s Degree (LLM) in international human rights and humanitarian law; and Master’s Degree (MSc) in forensic science and criminal justice.
Linn Wallerstedt
Linn Wallerstedt is a business solutions expert with 20 years of experience in the non-for-profit and humanitarian sector. She has a background in operational management and technical system implementation across finance, HR, payroll and procurement. Linn has extensive experience with working across cultures and organisations with senior management, end users and external vendors.
Linn holds a Master in International Organisations Business Administration (IOMBA) from the University of Geneva.
Certification exams cleared in the period 2021-2024.
